Cell Phone Parts Express: Returns & Warranty Policy

At Cell Phone Parts Express, we pride ourselves on offering a simple, transparent, and hassle-free return and warranty process. We understand that issues can arise during repairs, and our policies are designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing from us.

Replacement Parts

All replacement parts sold by Cell Phone Parts Express are backed by a lifetime warranty. If any part develops a functional issue, you may return it and we’ll honor the warranty — as long as there is no physical or internal damage.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Accidental damage (e.g. drops, improper installation)
  • Misuse or modification
  • Natural wear and tear
  • We aim to support repair techs by ensuring reliable, long-lasting parts they can count on.

Batteries

All batteries come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects or premature failure. Physical damage (swelling, punctures, bent terminals) is not covered.

Pre-Owned Devices

We offer a 30-day functional warranty on all certified pre-owned devices. This includes coverage for hardware issues or malfunctions not caused by physical or liquid damage.

Warranty will be void if:

  • Device has cracks, internal damage, or signs of tampering
  • Device is returned with active iCloud/Google locks or passcodes
  • We guarantee the IMEI status and carrier compatibility for the life of the device.

Tools & Accessories

All sales are final on tools and accessories. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.

Warranty Credits

If a return is approved under warranty, we issue store credit based on the current market price of the product at the time of return.
Only parts purchased directly through your Cell Phone Parts Express account are eligible.

Online RMA Submission Option

To streamline the return process, customers can submit RMA requests directly through their account on our website: https://cellphonepartsexpress.com/pages/product-return?show=account

How it works:

  • - Log in to your Cell Phone Parts Express account.
  • - Navigate to your order history and locate the product you wish to return.
  • - Click on the “Request Return” button next to the item.
  • - Complete the return form and submit your request.

Once reviewed, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping and processing.
This option helps ensure accurate tracking and faster turnaround for your RMAs.
