Easy Steps to Follow to Raise Your RMA Request

  1. Log in to Your Account

First things first, head over to the Cell Phone Parts Express website. After which, log in to your account. This is where all your order history lives, making the return process much smoother.

  1. Head to Product Returns

Once you have successfully logged in, look for the My Account section. From there, find and click on Product Returns/RMA. This is your starting point for starting a return.

  1. Start a New RMA Request

Clicking on that link will land you directly on the RMA request page. This is where you will fill in all the details about what you are sending back.

  1. Fill in Your Company Details

Go to the select company and choose your one from the drop down list. However, if your company has multiple locations saved, pick the one associated with this return. And don’t worry, any store credit will be applied directly to the location you choose here.

  1. Choose Items You Want to Return

Use the search bar to find the specific item you want to return. Tell us the quantity of the item you are returning. Select the reason for your return from the drop down menu. You can choose from defective, wrong products shipped, or not needed.

One Quick Tip: If you don’t see the product listed here, it means that the items were not ordered on this account before, and unfortunately, cannot be returned through this process.

  1. Provide Shipping Details

Select how you are sending the package. Enter the tracking number so both you and the Cell Phone Parts Express team can keep an eye on its journey. If you are local, you can easily select the drop-off instead.

  1. Choose Your Return Preference

How would you like to resolve the issue? You can choose between getting a replacement or receiving store credit. Select the option that works best for you.

  1. Add Any Final Details

There is space for Order Reference Number and Additional Comments. While these are optional, feel free to add a note for any specific detail our team should know about the return.

  1. Submit Your Request

Before proceeding, double-check everything you have entered. Once everything looks good, hit the Submit Return Request button. And that’s it. You will receive an email confirmation of the same with a message that it’s under review.

How to Track Your Return Status?

Wondering what’s happening with your return? You can check its status anytime!

  1. Go back to Product Returns/RMA section in your account

  2. You’ll see a list of your submitted requests

  3. Click on View Details to track all the specific information updates and any notes from the Cell Phone Parts Express Team.

Checking Your Store Credit

You can easily see your balance if you have opted for store credit. Just click on Store Credit in the left-hand menu of your account dashboard. You can even toggle between your company locations to see the balance for each.

Note that returns usually take about 24 to 48 hours to process after the warehouse receives your package.
